Thank you for shopping with Pickle Ball Court Foot Powder! We take pride in creating high-quality, natural foot care products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

1. Refunds 

We want you to love your product. However, due to the personal care nature of our items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

We will offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located by the carrier

 

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at edgarcasparreedllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo.

  3. We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

 

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges, but you may reorder the correct product after receiving your refund or credit.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
